Photography Site with pop-up photo albums:

Nanci Nigro, Photographer, has a wide range of clients from commercial to portrait here images captures special events, product and world travel. Her site needed to speak to corporate clients as well as families.

Ms. Nigro's site includes many specially customized/ password protected pages that are specifically designed for clients and markets, all on an artist's budget.

EscoComplete Re-Design for extensive Archived Content:

Southampton Press wanted to completely redesign its website not just to update the look but to increase ease of use and navigational options for subscribers. At the same time the Newspaper wanted to track non subscribers and allow them access to certain areas of the site while urging them to subscribe for more.

The new site had to work with years of existing archived issues and articles as well as continue to use the existing authoring tools the paper was using to upload new content and manage the site.

Real Estate Site with 360 Tours:

Josh Reiter, RE/MAX executive, sells exclusive lofts and homes in Portland Oregon's most desirable neighborhoods. Josh understood the need for potential clients to see outdate listings and get information on homes as well as neighborhoods.

Josh's site is constantly updated with price information, new photos and 3-D tours of many of his listings.

EscoRetail Upscale Apparel:

Giuseppe Clothing Store of New York is a family owned, Men's Store. For more than 35 years Giuseppe has be serving the executive and professional male who demand excellence in apparel and hand tailoring.

The store has been successful as a brick and mortar shop for decades, but Giuseppe's daughter, in charge of marketing, felt more and more of her clientele were using the internet to find custom tailoring and choose to launch a web site that portrayed the polished style and custom services of their store.

NonProfit Fund:

First Octave, a fund of the Portland Schools Foundation which supports music education, has a complete marketing and fundraising campaign designed and maintained by Mingo Media LLC. The website, which includes downloadable grant applications, media kits and links to other partnering non-profits, is an efficient way for a non-profit to maintain integrated communications with volunteers, supporters and board members.

Darien Technology Foundation (Lead Designer, Josh Katinger)

The Darien Technology Foundation was founded to increase the financial resources for technology in Darien, CT. The Foundation provides grants to Darien Public Schools, the Darien Library, for senior citizens’ groups, and other organizations to support and enhance technology innovation and instruction.

This technology start-up needed a site very quickly to coincide with the launch of their company and new products in cooperation with Microsoft. The site is based on limited input, but provides a stable base for ongoing brand building.

Arkč Inc. (Lead Designer, Josh Katinger)

Arkč Stairs, subsidiary of Italian stair company Albini & Fontanot needed a marketing web site targeted towards US based customers. The existing web presence for this brand was focused on the European market and something a bit more engaging to the American consumer, without compromising the overall brand, was requested.

National Equipment Brokers (Lead Designer, Josh Katinger)

NEB needed a site as well as a corporate identity built from scratch. Working with the company owner, I developed a logo and look & feel that could be easily incorporated into a web presence. A key feature of the site is the behind-the-scenes administration functionality that allows my client to upload, modify or delete product listings with no programming skills and without the recurring costs of having a developer make constant changes to the site. This allows the client to focus on their main business as well as keep costs down.

This Western NY flight school needed to achieve a greater sense of community around their pre-existing customer base and create a resultant rise in aircraft rentals and new students. The site serves as a central place for info and communication on the school's offerings.

NikonUtility by Design for Retail:(Lead Designer, Ross Olson)

Nikon USA wanted to produce an interactive site for its distributors and resellers. The site allows users to download either high or low resolution product images, logos and press releases suitable for creating marketing and other product promotion materials. Functionality, speed and ease of use were paramount in the creation of this solution.

EscoNew Design with Multilingual Content:(Lead Designer, Ross Olson)

Esco Steel Corporation
wanted to completely revamp the hammers portion of its international corporate site. Visitors can now search for products based on model, manufacturer or specific usage requirements – allowing anyone to successfully locate the best product for the job. The site is available in both English and Spanish.


 

Streaming Media and E-commerce:

America Online was seeking a broadband solution for its AOL Plus users. The objective: to stream video and audio using Real Media and display products for sale that pertained to the video. While watching streaming video, the users views product information and has the ability to purchase those items.

World Wrestling Entertainment, formally the WWF, also sought a solution that would allow them to stream video and audio and display products which matched the Superstars in the streamed video. The main advantage of this technology allow the user to purchase items without interrupting the streaming media.


Streaming Audio: (Lead Designer, Steve Hong)

Goldman Sachs needed a way to deliver internal company lectures with a PowerPoint presentation worldwide, on-demand in the most economic manner. The audio was encoded in Real Media and the PowerPoint slides were converted to HTML. The result was streaming audio available in multiple bandwidths that automatically load the HTML pages which are synchronized with the presentation.


Brochure online:

Norpac Foods which owns Flav-R-Pac and Westpac, wanted to convert a recently printed brochure which had a variety of recipes suggestions for the company's frozen food packs. This section of the site needed to utilize and optimize many of the graphics that were created for print. In addition, cross-referencing and keyword searching added a functionality to the online version of the recipes which was not available in print form.


Streaming Media and triggered Content:

The Television Bureau of Advertising wanted all the lectures from its annual conference to be available online and on-demand. That included videos of the speakers with their PowerPoint slides synced on the webpage when they had been synced during the actual speech at the conference!


Forms & Mailing lists:

Two Dudes Foods Inc, was promoting their new line of habañero hot sauce and needed an easier way to update product information, but especially create e-mail lists to distribute its marketing news, recipes, online coupons and store locations. To do this, the site has automated forms with auto subscribe and un-subscribe functionality to its mail lists.
