CD / DVD Design & Develompment

ICS introduced a record-speed concrete-cutting tool that had to be seen to be apreciated. The 853 PRO SAW cut through 10" thick concrete so fast and so efficiently that ICS felt simply demonstrating it would sell the SAW.

That's where this CD saved time and money. A complete sample cut was filmed from start to finish without editing, and within minutes, viewers witnessed the results. To insure ease of use and the maximum possible viewers, production included, encoding the video and compressing files, as well as programming a master CD for cross platform combatibility and auto launching.

ICS, extremely happy with the end result shiped thousand of CDs and distributed them in trade magazines.

Mentor Graphic Corporation previously internationally distributed a 15-minute orientation video to new employees. New hires had to watch the entire video regardless of what part specifically pertained to them.

Now those video clips are complied on a CD-ROM which was not only cheaper to duplicate, but allowed new employees to skip around and view information in any order depending on what was important to them.

The benefits of the CD veres the video were enhanced by the fact that the CD contained dozens of links to Mentor Graphic's Internet site, allowing users to toggle back and forth from the CD to the most up-to-date information on the internal network, all in a browser-based environment.

Exact Interactive, Inc. , a new mwdia company, wanted to distribute a highly polished portfolio of its work. The CD-ROM allowed the company to incorporate custom music and intensive graphics which would be too large to view on the Web.
